I'm not ashamed to admit, I'm a self-proclaimed television junkie and an avid reader, and I've wanted to be an author since I was seven years old. I can thank my early love of Nancy Drew for that.  

Since picking up my first detective novel, I've been writing what I love, focusing on character and relationship-based stories, similar to my early writing inspiration, Judy Blume, or my newest obsession, fantasy stories inspired by the worlds of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Charmed.

After reading JD Robb and Janet Evanovich, I've switched it up again and returned to my detective roots, and am now writing a series called The Nikki Page Mysteries, which is out now for readers, a series I like to call, "A coming of middle-age mystery." 

Whichever genre I write in, I love weaving stories about women who face challenges and overcome them with dignity and honesty, using my own life as inspiration.

I've written five books in the Wizard Hall Chronicles series: The Day of First Sun, Black Market, Wizard War, Prophecy, Rise of the Black Market, and Magic's End.

The Nikki Page Mysteries: New Page, Sports Page, Page Three Girls, and Continued on Page Four.  

When I'm not reading or writing, I can be found tooling around in my convertible, supporting causes, or raising my kids, dealing with extra ordinary challenges.
